For this method , just add a little cornstarch or baking soda (about 3 teaspoons ) in a clear coat and mix it really well . Now you have a top coat that dries to a matte finish over any nail color !
You can also create a matte nails completely new eyeshadow and use clear nail polish or white . A little crush into powder and mixed eyeshadow on your nail .
